1) Optimize the structure, strengthen the processing technology, and ensure the machining and assembly accuracy of the parts. The bucket elevator adopts a trimming pin shaft and trimming sleeve structure. The assembly of the pin shaft with the outer chain plate and the sleeve with the inner chain plate adopts a tight fit with a large interference amount (0.10-0.15mm), which solves the problem of relative rotation between the pin shaft and the outer chain plate.

2) Optimize material selection and heat treatment processes to improve wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
